“SPEED CONTROL” automatic return brake
The new ELMAG brake is used to control the hose rewinding speed in the 430, 530, 540 and 560 series of all open hose drums (including the swivel version, ABS and painted or stainless steel models). Thanks to its easy and fast assembly, the “Speed Control” can be used anywhere and by any operator. It guarantees controlled and safe return speed if the hose becomes detached accidentally. It has stainless steel screws, coupling pin and formed seals to ensure protection level IP65. In addition, the cover made of highly resistant techno polymer and the continuous tests in ELMAG ensure reliable protection against injuries and accidental falls.
Why choose the autom. SPEED CONTROL return brake?
The speed control brake reduces the winding speed if the hose becomes detached accidentally. The operator is therefore able to work under safe conditions and avoid damage to the reel and its surrounding area.
