They have a double diameter to make drilling operations much easier on aluminum profiles and extrusions. It is very important to bore slowly in order to avoid any chipping. We suggest to set cutting speed based on the bigger diameter (D) and feed rate based on the smaller diameter (d). Right hand rotation.
