  • Save resources, increase efficiency

Generation and treatment of compressed air is always associated with the formation of condensation. This is usual contains oil, is often contaminated with dirt particles and spreads throughout the compressed air network. A system problem that can cost money and cause damage. In addition, condensation does not accumulate regularly, but depends on the climate, temperature, the time of the year and time of day and the load on the compressor.
  • The quantity is the benchmark:

    >Unnecessary costs and damage caused by compressed air generation can only be avoided with condensate drainage adapted to the quantity that forms. BEKOMAT condensate drains therefore work with a capacitive sensor. The intelligent electronics prevent compressed air losses and minimise energy consumption. As a result, the BEKMOMAT often pays for itself within six months, unlike devices with time-controlled drain valves.
  • Quick connections for greater convenience:

All components are linked by quick connections. This makes replacement straightforward and minimises installation and maintenance time. In addition, the service unit requires only a single spare part.
  • Empty state:

The condensate flows into the BEKOMAT via the supply line (1) and collects in the collecting container (2). A capacitive sensor (3) permanently detects the level and sends a signal to the electronic controller as soon as the container is full.
  • Filled state:

The pilot valve (4) is actuated and the diaphragm (5) opens the drain line (6) to discharge the condensate. Once the BEKOMAT has been emptied, the drain line is closed tightly in good time before unnecessary compressed air losses can occur.
